Biodiversity Enhancement Planning Guidance
Our Biodiversity Enhancement Planning Guidance is aimed at developers, agents, architects and their consultants.
The guidance explains the approach that is required by the Highland Council to deliver biodiversity conservation, restoration and enhancement through the planning system.
This guidance has been prepared to support the application of the National Planning Framework 4 (NPF4). It is intended to be used in conjunction with relevant national and local policy and planning guidance, including NatureScot's Developing with Nature Guidance where applicable.
