Inner Moray Firth Local Development Plan 2 (IMFLDP2)
The Inner Moray Firth Local Development Plan 2 was adopted on 27 June 2024. The adopted version of the Plan is available here:
The Plan must be read along with National Planning Framework 4 and the Highland-wide Local Development Plan and associated Supplementary Guidance.
The IMFLDP Action Programme sets out the infrastructure and development required to support the implementation of the Plan.
Examination
The Report of Examination of the Plan was published on 23 January 2024.
The material changes are available in the list of modifications.

Proposed Plan

Previous Plan
The previous IMFLDP was adopted in 2015 and set out the policies and land allocations to guide development in the Inner Moray Firth area over the next 20 years.
