Submitting a Notice of Review

Site visit

Who can attend a site visit

The Review Body decides whether they wish to hold a site visit. If a visit is to be made,  the Notice of Review will be deferred until the next meeting following the site visit. Site visits can be either:

Accompanied

At an accompanied site visit, you, as the applicant, your agent, the Review Body, our officers and other interested individuals will be invited.

At the site visit, you will be allowed to point out things to the Review Body - for example, “these are the trees that need to be felled”. You are not allowed to try and convince the Review Body of the merits of your Notice of Review

Unaccompanied

At an unaccompanied site visit, only the Review Body and our officers will attend. The visit will not be open to the public.

If you do attend, you will be asked to observe proceedings and not address members while the site visit takes place
