Measuring how we deliver the programme
A draft Delivery Plan has been agreed which sets out how we will deliver the Council’s Programme, the Highland Outcome Improvement Plan, budget savings and investment.
Our performance plan details how we measure the actions of our programme.
Council departments have their own service plans which feed into the corporate plan.
Community Planning Partnership
This partnership brings together public agencies and key community groups to work with the people of the Highlands to deliver better outcomes. Progress is updated on the Highland Community Planning Partnership website.
