Proposal to discontinue education at Knockbreck Primary School, Isle of Skye
We are seeking the views of local communities on a proposal to discontinue education at Knockbreck Primary School, Isle of Skye, and reassign the school catchment area to Dunvegan Primary School.
There will be a public meeting on Thursday 10 September 2026 at Dunvegan Community Hall at 7pm.
The consultation will run from 2 September 2026 to 30 October 2026.
Proposal to Relocate Thurso High School, Pennyland Primary School and Miller Academy Primary School
We are seeking the views of local communities on a proposal to relocate Thurso High School, Pennyland Primary School and Miller Academy Primary School.
There will be a public meeting on Thursday 27 August 2026 at Thurso High School at 7pm.
There will also be a drop-in session at Thurso High School from 2pm to 5pm on Thursday 27 August to look at site proposals.

We are seeking the views of local communities on a proposal to relocate Plockton Primary School.
There will be an addtional public meeting on Monday 28 September 2026 at Plockton High School at 18:30.
