Article 4 Directions in Conservation Areas

Whilst no Article 4 Directions are currently in force in any of Highland’s Conservation Areas, the Council are currently reviewing which Conservation Areas may benefit from removal of permitted development rights to alter or replace windows.

It is advised that this page is checked for any updates before carrying out any works to alter or replace windows in a conservation area.
