Privacy notices - Garage or garage site

Highland Council Housing Services rent garages and sites for garages across Highland. Both Highland council tenants and non-tenants can apply (non-tenants will have to pay rent plus VAT).

We will require your information such as your name, address, tenancy details (if you are a tenant of Highland Council) your vehicle details and your preferred location. We will use this information to determine your eligibility and if successful, we will process your data in order to enter you into a contract with the council.

We will be unable to process your garage or garage site application.

Article 6(1)(b) Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

Current plus 2 years following termination/expiry of lease.
