This privacy notices relates to contact made to the Council via the on-line eDevelopment site issues form. The Highland Council needs to collect your personal data so we can investigate and provide assistance to you if you are experiencing technical difficulties using the following sites - ePlanning (ePlanning.scot), eBuildingStandards (eBuildingStandards.scot) and the Highland Council Public Access (http://wam.highland.gov.uk/wam/). We will only request the personal data from you we require to deal with your enquiry. We may ask you to provide further information (such as screenshots) of what you were trying to do on our site when the issue occurred in order for us to assist you.
