Participatory Budgeting is a process through which communities can make decisions on how resources are allocated. -
If you don't give us your information
If the required details are not submitted on the application form, we will be unable to assess eligibility for the process.
Details must be provided in order to organise the event and communicate with applicants. -
Conditions for processing personal information
The Council is processing your data as part of the Participatory Budgeting process. Therefore, processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest [Article 6(1)(e) of GDPR].

Who we share your information with
The contact details provided will not be shared outwith the Highland Council and High Life Highland partners.
Details of the Community Group and the project will be shared with the public at the Participatory Budgeting event. -
How long we hold your information
Your information will be held for 3 years after the end of the process. Details of any grant awarded will be logged for longer, without personal information.
