School description
In Auldearn Primary School we respect each other and work as part of a team. We are honest with each other in a caring, welcoming manner, ensuring everyone is equally valued. We strive to provide an education that is broad and balanced and we make every effort to ensure the learning provided is relevant and meaningful to the children and is fully preparing them with the necessary skills to live in today’s 21st century society. Achievement is widely recognised and successes fully celebrated in a variety of ways, including weekly assemblies. We actively promote partnership between home, school and the wider community and have an active and supportive parent body. Our Parent Council and Parent Focus Group meet regularly making valuable contributions to the life of the school. Presently there are seven classes in the school. We also have pupils with additional support needs who are supported in mainstream classes by their class teacher, the support for learning teacher and pupil support assistants.
