Muck Primary School aims to create an environment in which all children are happy, secure and challenged and through which all children are provided with opportunities to achieve their maximum potential. We are a single teacher school situated on the Isle of Muck, one of the Small Isles of the Inner Hebrides. The school plays an important part in the small rural community and actively promotes partnership between home, school and the wider community. We are strongly supported by the parents and wider community. There is a close partnership between school and Nursery which prepares children for a smooth transition.Every effort is made to prepare children for the transition to secondary which involves moving away from home, this includes visits to and from other primaries in the Mallaig High School cluster to allow children to forge friendships and work with their peer group.

P1, 2 and 3 - Monday to Thursday 08.50 to 15.00 / P4, 5, 6 and 7 - Monday to Thursday 08.50 to 15.30 / All Pupils - Friday 08:50 to 11:55
