School description
St. Clement's dates back to the beginning of the last century when it was first the Old Academy and later formed part of the Primary School. The school is ideally sited near the town centre. The school consists of three buildings and 9 classrooms, canteen/G.P. Room, large soft play room, sensory room, resource room, Head teacher’s Office and staffrooms. This accommodation provides full disabled toilet and shower facilities. At present we have a school roll of 53, some of whom suffer from multiple disorders e.g. speech, hearing, visual impairment and physical disabilities. We have a staff roll of 11 Teachers, 31 Pupil support assistants, a Principal Teacher and Head Teacher . Visiting specialists include Psychologists, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, School nurse, Dental Hygienist and Speech and Language Therapists.
