Virtual Training - Web Authoring

You will learn the basic skills to manage content in the Jadu Content Management System. Jadu CMS enables non-technical web authors to easily publish information with simple to use web-based publishing tools.

This training is available to all staff that are tasked with maintaining webpages on Highland Council websites. No experience in web design is necessary, basic IT skills are required.

Web Authoring training is mandatory, Digital Services provide access to the live systems after completing this course.

• Editing Document Pages
• Adding Downloads
• Data Protection Act

Training is delivered virtually using the Microsoft Teams App, Monday to Thursday 10.30 to 12.30 or 13:30 15:30.  It takes approximately 2 hours and a maximum of 2 people can be trained per session.
