Purpose
Sandown Lands Nairnshire Common Good Fund Consultation -
Description
We are carrying out a consultation on the future use of the Sandown Lands which is an asset of the Nairnshire Common Good Fund.
All representations made to this consultation will be used to inform decisions on the future use of the Sandown Lands and will be published on the Highland Council website in anonymised form. The personal data of respondents will not be published on the Council’s website. However we may use the personal data to contact the respondent with regard to their comments.

If you don’t provide contact information we will still accept your anonymous consultation response, however we will not be able to provide you with a reply to your consultation response.

Conditions for processing personal information
The Council is required to consult on certain matters relating to the Common Good fund and its assets by Part 8 of Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 (sections 102 to 106). The condition for processing is therefore Article 6(1)(f) - Public task.

How long we hold your information
We will hold your consultation response for as long as it is required in relation to the outcome of this consultation and the future use of the Nairnshire Common Good asset known as the Sandown Lands. After consultation responses have been collated and replied to, your personal details will be held for 2 years., Your anonymised consultation response will be held indefinitely thereafter.
