Grazing Lets - Croft Arthur East, Tain
-
Description
Each year the Highland Council makes available a small number of fields for grazing purposes. The fields are generally of rough pasture and mainly suitable for horses.
These fields are available as 364 day lets only and between 1st April and 30th March annually. There is no option to rollover or renew the let and all fields must be emptied of all stock and any infrastructure on or by 30th March. Every field is subject to a fresh bidding process each year.
The fields are let out in their current condition, and we would strongly advise anyone wishing to bid on them to view them first and make an appropriate bid, taking into consideration any repairs to boundary fencing or infrastructure you may wish to install.
For further details and full terms and conditions of the let, a blank copy of the letting agreement can be found under the Terms and Conditions section below.
Offers should be sent by email to property.offers@highland.gov.uk with the subject heading ‘Grazing Let Offer’ by 12.00 noon on 23rd February 2024.
