Grants - Dingwall Conservation Area Regeneration Scheme

Grant to aid regeneration in the Dingwall conservation area through the restoration of historic properties along the High Street.

80 per cent of the eligible works for both shopfront and building restoration works. This rate will be revised periodically and may go down in the future.

• Properties must be within the CARS boundary
  
• Buildings and shop fronts must contribute towards the historic character
  
• Only external and some structural works are eligible for grant assistance
