Road safety team consultations - Inverness Crown Area 20mph limit

Notice is hereby given that The Highland Council proposes to make an Order in terms of Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 entitled as above.

If the Order comes into force, the Order will introduce a 20mph speed limit on the following roads in Inverness over their entire length, unless stated otherwise below:

• U3702 Abertarff Road
• U4392 Auldcastle Road
• U3806 Beaufort Road
• U4585 Broadstone Avenue
• U3816 Broadstone Park
• U3833 Cawdor Road
• C1189 Crown Circus
• U3842 Crown Drive
• B861 Culduthel Road from its junction with Gordon Terrace to a point 29 meters south of it junction with Mayfield Road, a distance of 158 meters or thereby
• U3853 Darnaway Road
• U4586 Diriebught Road (Cul-De-Sac)
