The Highland Council (Woodside of Culloden Various Roads) (50 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2023 -
Description
Notice is hereby given that The Highland Council proposes to make an Order in terms of Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 entitled as above.
If the Order comes into force, the Order will introduce a 50mph speed limit on the following roads in the Woodside of Culloden Area over their entire length, unless stated otherwise below:
- Route B9006 – Millburn Roundabout – Culcabock – Castlehill – Culloden Moor – Croy – Gollanfield – Fort George. Commencing at a point 228 metres or thereby west of its junction with U1339 Woodside of Culloden Road, Inverness and extending generally eastward for a distance of 3910m or thereby.
- Route C1028 – Balloch – Culloden Moor Road and spur to Cherry Park and link Road from C1032 leading to Cherry Park – Commencing at a point 90m southeast of its junction with the U2633 Viewhill Road and extending south-eastward for a distance of 1342 metres or thereby.
- Route C1088 – Culloden - Clava Bridge – Culdoich Road. Commencing at its junction with the B9006 Millburn Roundabout – Culcabock – Castlehill – Culloden Moor – Croy – Gollanfield – Fort George Road and extending south-eastward for a distance of 583 metres or thereby.
- Route B0851 - Errogie - Strathnairn – Daviot Bridge – Culloden Moor Road - Commencing at its junction with the B9006 Millburn Roundabout – Culcabock – Castlehill – Culloden Moor – Croy – Gollanfield – Fort George Road and extending south-westward for a distance of 385 metres or thereby.
