THREE SPEED CUSHIONS ON U3863 DOUGLAS ROW, INVERNESS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Highland Council, in terms of the powers contained in section 36 and 37 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 as amended and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf propose to construct a speed cushion and consult on two speed cushions previously constructed on U3863 Douglas Row, Inverness as follows:
Three speed cushions U3863 Douglas Row. The locations to the centre of the proposed features are –
- 36 metres or thereby North West of the B862 Friars’ Lane Junction, Inverness
- 91 metres or thereby North West of the B862 Friars’ Lane Junction, Inverness
- 155 metres or thereby North West of the B862 Friars’ Lane Junction, Inverness (new construction)
The speed cushions are 75mm in height (max), 1800 mm wide and 2000 mm in length with approach ramp gradient of 1:8 and a side slope gradient of 1:4.
