Description
The Whole Family Wellbeing Programme in Highland aims to tackle inequalities and improve the wellbeing of all family members, reducing the likelihood of families reaching a point of crisis or breakdown.
The Whole Family Wellbeing programme in Highland is governed by the multi-agency partnership of the Integrated Children’s Services Planning Board, ultimately reporting to the Community Planning Partnership Board. The Programme is funded by the Scottish Government and any information gathered in our work relating to families will be anonymised before it is used to report on or to aid service improvements.
Any information shared will only be used for the purposes of the programme’s development and the improvement of the lives of children, young people and families living in Highland.
We will collect information the following purposes:
Survey information:
This could include information on family’s needs and services used and any other information reasonably gathered in the process of engaging with children, young people and families about their wellbeing. This includes feedback on services used. This information will be anonymised unless agreed otherwise.
Funded activity or improvement work:Any information gathered in the process of granting funding applications or conducting self-assessments with organisations or improvement work / training may be processed for this purpose. Such information may also be used to report on organisation training needs, service delivery and any other necessary information to help make improvements within the scope of the Whole Family Wellbeing Programmes work. -
If you don't give us your information
Information from individuals is voluntary and does not have to be provided.For grant applicants and other services such as self-assessment and improvement activity if you do not provide the information, we will not be able to consider granting funding or including your service in our wider programme work. -
Conditions for processing personal information
Public Task - Article 6(1)(e). Processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.

Who we share your information with
The Scottish Government, Integrated Children’s Services Planning Board, The Highland Community Planning Partnership.

How long we hold your information
Survey information: The data held will not be of a personal nature and as such we will hold statistical data indefinitely as part of service improvement activity.
For grant funded activity your information will be held for six year plus current year. Where activity continues on a year-to-year basis the data will be held for 6 years plus current year from the date of that activity.
