Privacy notices - Highland Campervan & Motorhome Scheme

We charge customers who want to join our Highland Campervan & Motorhome Scheme. Personal information is required to administer this. Payments are taken via NSL Apply on our website.

You are giving us your personal information to allow us to process your application. We also use your information to contact you by post, email or telephone and to maintain our records.

If you send us an email or complete an online form

We will use your email or postal address and any information you provide to deal with and respond to your query or comments. This information may be disclosed to the appropriate office of the Council in order to deal with or respond to your message. Please do not send personal information by post/email.

We may collect information that you give to us in consultations, surveys, competitions or questionnaires.

Processing your personal information is necessary to process your application. If you do not provide us with the information we have asked for, then we will not be able to process your application.

Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR -  processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

We do not share personal data with any third party, however statistical data maybe shared with other authorities. 

We will retain the data on the application form for a period of 3 years follwoing the end of the membership.  Financial transaction data will be held for a period of 6 years.

Your personal information is not subject to automated decision making or profiling.
