Consultation on the Highland Council proposal to introduce a Visitor Levy Scheme in Highland. -
Description
As part of the consultation, we require you to submit your name and contact details to access the online consultation to give your responses and feedback. The functionality of providing an email address is to allow the confirmation of the receipt of the submission, and to allow revisiting the form for submission.

An email address is a required field as part of the process needed to access the software, however, paper-forms can be requested, and submitted without submitting a name and email address.

Public Task - UK GDPR Article 6(1)(e), the council processes this data for the purposes of providing a public task.
