Access to single houses and small housing developments - supplementary guidance 

Our guidance aims to secure developer contributions for single track rural road infrastructure improvements and repairs which are proportionate to a proposed development.

As with all plans, policies and strategies we produce, this supplementary guidance has been subject to a Strategic Environmental Assessment to measure the level of environmental impact.
