Changes to your bins

Service change roll out

We will be introducing the new waste and recycling service by area. You will receive a letter ahead of the changes and then an information booklet with your new calendar when your new non-recyclable waste bin arrives. Please note flats will be dealt with separately at a later date.

Continue to use your bins as normal until you receive your new bin and instructions.

• Ross and Cromarty has been completed.
• Rural Nairnshire and Nairn has been completed

We are currently delivering bins in the Inverness area which will continue until the end of June.

Future phases

• Badenoch and Strathspey: August 2024
• Caithness: September 2024
• Sutherland: October and November 2024
• Skye and Lochalsh: March 2025
• Lochaber: April and May 2025
