Check your bin collection dates
On your collection day:
- your bin must be at the kerbside by 7am
- your bin lid must be closed
- we can't collect excess waste

Collections during bad weather
We make every effort to keep this service going during bad weather.
If you have not had your refuse bin or recycling bin collected on the normal day please leave it out for collection. We will collect them as soon as possible.
Please keep bins free from a build up of snow on or around the bin to make easier access for collection crews.
Get help putting your bin out
If you have difficulty moving your bin and there is no one else to help, you can ask us to move it for you.
