Highland Environment Forum
The Highland Environmental Forum (HEF), supported by The Highland Council, provides an arena for discussion, networking and action on environmental subjects by:
- Fostering and coordinating activity on environmental matters
- Taking forward relevant actions identified in the Highland Outcome Improvement Plan and be a valuable source of practical advice
- Identifying, and respond to, emerging environmental agendas
- Providing a link between local groups and national strategies, action plans and reporting
- Raising awareness and promoting good practice on environmental issues
