Application for a safety certificate for a regulated stand at a sports ground

A 'regulated stand' is a stand which provides covered accommodation for 500 or more spectators. 

A safety certificate is required for a regulated stand under the Sports Ground Act 1975. This is to provide maximum safe occupancy for each regulated stand within the sports ground.

The safety certificate will contain terms and conditions that we consider necessary to ensure reasonable safety at the sports ground for its use.
