Self-directed Support
Sources of help and advice
People receiving support through Self-Directed Support are able to choose care services that suit their own lifestyle and help to meet their goals. Families work alongside an allocated worker in order to identify specific outcomes and which steps are necessary in order to meet these. If you are aware of any additional organisations please feel free to get in touch so the list can be updated.
