Payroll and HR Transactions

Our team is dedicated to managing Highland Council vacancies listed on ‘myjobscotland’ and supporting Lead Officers throughout the recruitment process, in relation to Talentlink. Additionally, we administer the payroll for over 10,000 employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Payroll Monthly Deadlines

All changes, including new starts, leavers, absence and family leave, must be submitted to payroll by the cut-off dates to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.

Payroll cut-off dates 

These dates are subject to change in December and any other months where bank holidays fall within the processing period.
