Challenge a Penalty Charge Notice

Photographs taken by the parking attendant at the time of issue can be viewed online (they may take up to 24hrs to appear). You can see them on our pay a parking ticket form, you don't have to pay to view them.

If you wish to challenge a parking ticket please also use the review or challenge form online .

Include your parking ticket reference beginning HC. If you do not know the ticket number please supply your vehicle registration number. Please also tell us the reasons why you wish to challenge the ticket.
