Suicide Intervention and Prevention Programme

Suicide Intervention and Prevention Programme (SIPP) training is delivered on behalf of the Highland Community Planning Partnership and is open to staff in partner agencies, including The Highland Council.

The course aims to improve your awareness of suicidal thinking, to increase your confidence to ask someone if they are feeling suicidal, and to support them to seek further help.

It is a bookable course online via Teams (2 x 2hrs). Attendance at both sessions is required.

Next dates are:

  • Session 1 – Monday 6th February 2023 1-3pm
  • Session 2 – Monday 13th February 2023 1-3pm

SIPP courses are booked through NHS Turas Learn, staff in partner agencies can register on Turas (if you don't have a Turas account, you can register for one via the link below.)  Please ensure you have your line managers approval.
