Non-Statutory Short-Term Let Control Area Planning Policy

The Highland Council at its meeting on the 14 December 2023 agreed to adopt Non-statutory Planning policy as a material consideration in the determination of planning applications for Short-term lets within the Control Area.

This Non-statutory Planning policy will be used in the determination of applications for new short-term lets within Ward 20 Short-term Let Control Area from 12pm on Monday 4 March 2024.
