Gaelic classes
We offer a number of classes, both online and in-person, across the region. Classes are delivered to suit different levels of learning as well as conversation classes. Discounts are available for Highland Council staff, members and Gaelic Medium parents.
Tutors use SpeakGaelic to offer learners a variety of ways in which they can learn Gaelic. This includes, face-to-face classes, self-guided online learning through the SpeakGaelic website, and media content through a variety of platforms such as BBC ALBA and BBC Radio nan Gàidheal supported by SpeakGaelic on social media. The SpeakGaelic course is aimed at all levels of learners from complete beginners and those with more experience in their learning. The course is a nationally recognised structured pathway for learners.
