Improving Early Years Outcomes
The Improvement group brings together expertise and knowledge from across Highland to inform and drive forward policy and guidance. It has a key role in monitoring and evaluating service delivery and service improvements. The improvement measures and actions agreed by the group are informed by a process of self-evaluation which is based on feedback from professionals, parents or carers, children and young people and from statistical data. Members of the Early Years Improvement Group have responsibility for coordination, driving forward and reporting on the progress of specific actions from the Improvement Plan. The Early Years Improvment Group is committed to regular consultation and engagement with children, young people and parents to continue the process of gathering views and engaging with them in the process of improving services for children and young people.
