If the repair was not completed within the time allowed or if you are not satisfied with the work done or the service provided, please let us know. We will investigate thoroughly to make sure that work is completed without further delay.

A questionnaire is enclosed with your repair acknowledgement. Once your repair has been completed, please fill this in to let us know what you think of our service.

If you are not satisfied with the way your repair has been handled, you can make a formal complaint through our complaints procedure.
