Homelessness
If we have assessed that you are homeless or threatened with homelessness you will be eligible to receive one reasonable offer.
The offer may not be in the area you have selected if there is a shortage of housing in that area. If you refuse the offer we may end our homelessness duty to you, but you would have a right of appeal.
