How much rent you pay will depend on the type and size of house that you rent.
Housing Online
Register to access online services, you can:

- pay your rent
- see payments you have made
- see Housing Benefits
- see Universal Credit Housing payments
- and access a paper direct debit to print
Flat or maisonette
The weekly rent charges are:
- Bedsit - £64.10
- 1-bed - £74.53
- 2-bed - £84.92
- 3-bed - £95.34
- 4-bed - £105.74
- 5-bed - £116.13
House or bungalow
The weekly rent charges are:
- Bedsit - £69.64
- 1-bed - £80.07
- 2-bed - £90.46
- 3-bed - £100.87
- 4-bed - £111.26
- 5-bed - £121.68
Rent for larger properties is available on request.
New build supplements
All new properties built between November 2010 and October 2013 will have the following supplement added to the weekly rent:
- 1 bed - £6.25
- 2 bed - £7.62
- 3 bed - £9.04
- 4 bed - £10.40
- 5 bed - £11.79
All new properties built between November 2013 and March 2024 will have a supplement of £12.80 added to the weekly rent.
All new properties built from April 2024 will have a supplement of £15.00 added to the weekly rent.
Some tenants who have been in their homes from before November 2010 may still be having their rent adjusted by an agreed £2.50 +/- until they reach the above rates.
