2. Confirmation of Minutes
The Minutes of the Meeting of the Licensing Board held on 20th January and Adjourned Meeting held on 9th February, 2004, copies of which had been circulated, were held as read and were unanimously approved.
3. Publication Scheme
There had been circulated report (C/L/45/04) dated 1st March, 2004, by the Clerk to the Board on the proposed Publication Scheme under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2003.
The Depute Clerk explained the import of the publication scheme, and the Board agreed to adopt same.

The Board agreed to grant the application for Dunbeath Hotel. In respect of The Ferry Inn, Scrabster, the Board agreed to defer consideration of the application until an adjourned meeting of the Board to be held on 13th April 2004 for production of the necessary Certificate under Section 23 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act, 1976.
