HIGHLAND LICENSING FORUM - TUESDAY 4 MARCH, 2014
2.00 pm – Committee Room 1, Council HQ, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness
1. Appointment of Convener – the Act requires that the Forum appoint a Convener at the first meeting in each calendar year. The Convener will hold office until the first meeting of the Forum in 2015
2. The Convener will take the Chair
3. Appointment of Vice Convener if desired – this appointment is not required by the Act although it has been the custom for the Highland Forum to appoint a Vice Convener. Any Vice Convener appointed will also hold office until the first meeting of the Forum in 2015
4. Apologies for absence
5. Minutes of Meeting held on 24 September 2013 are circulated for approval
6. Forum membership – list of delegates circulated for noting
7. Note and approve the dates of future meetings in 2014 –
(a) Members are asked to note that the annual Joint Meeting of the Forum
and the Licensing Board has been arranged for 12th August at 2 pm or as
soon as the Board meeting on that day finishes if later.
(b) Members are asked to approve the following list of meeting dates for
2014, all meetings to be held in Council Headquarters, Inverness at 2 pm
– 20th May, 2nd September and 18th November

Notes –
1. Any Forum member unable to attend the meeting should submit apologies
to the Clerk by email as soon as possible.
2. Video conference and telephone conference facilities are available. Any
member wishing to attend the meeting using the conference facilities
should notify the Clerk in advance of the meeting by
emailing Fiona.sinclair@highland.gov.uk.
