4. Presentation by Chief Inspector Graham Goulden, National Anti-Violence Campaign Coordinator at the Violence Reduction Unit in Glasgow – this presentation will include a short film which cannot be viewed by anyone attending by video conference.

5. Items for discussion at Annual Joint Meeting with Licensing Board –  the meeting which will take place on 7 October 2014 at 2 pm or immediately following the Board meeting scheduled for that day

6. Licensing Standards Officer’s Report, copy circulated herewith

7. Update on Policing issues impacting on licensing – PS Campbell

8. Report by Convener on board meetings.  Please note that webcasts of recent meetings are available to view on the Council website http://www.highland.public-i.tv/core/portal/webcasts.

9. Forum Membership – possible new ways to engage with young people

Notes –
1. Any Forum member unable to attend the meeting should submit apologies to the Clerk by email as soon as possible. 
2. Video conference and telephone conference facilities are available (but see item 4 above).  Any member wishing to attend the meeting using the conference facilities should notify the Clerk before the day of the meeting by emailing Fiona.sinclair@highland.gov.uk.
