A meeting of the South Planning Applications Committee will take place in the Council Chamber, Council Headquarters, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness on Tuesday, 18 November 2014 at 10.30 am.

Members are reminded that during determination of any item before this Committee they must be present throughout the whole of that item in order to be entitled to participate.

The Committee is invited to note the decision of the Reporter that he is minded to allow the appeal and grant planning permission subject to the conditions listed in the Annex to the Reporter’s Notice of Intention, and following the signing and registering or recording of a planning obligation under section 75 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, or some suitable alternative arrangement, covering the matter detailed in paragraph 50 of the Notice of Intention.
