1. Any Forum member unable to attend the meeting should submit apologies to the Clerk by email as soon as possible. 
2. Video conference and telephone conference facilities are available.  Any member wishing to attend the meeting using the conference facilities should notify the Clerk before the day of the meeting by emailing Fiona.sinclair@highland.gov.uk.
