A Meeting of the Highland Public Services Partnership Performance Board will take place in Committee Room 1, Highland Council Headquarters, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness on Thursday, 6 June 2013 at 10.00am.

1. Apologies for Absence

2. Minutes of Meeting

There are circulated for approval Minutes of the last Meeting held on 23 April 2013.

3. Single Outcome Agreement (SOA) for Highland: Next Steps

There is circulated Report by the Head of Policy and Performance, Highland Council which provides and up-date for Board Members on the final drafting of the SOA and the feedback process arranged by the Scottish Government.

Board Members are asked to note that:-

i. some content is outstanding at the time of writing for the final version of the SOA, but that the latest version to be circulated the week beginning 3rd June will be the version considered by the Panel for feeding back where improvements are required; and
ii. an up-date of the feedback dates and the names of those involved will be provided at the meeting.

4. Review of Community Planning Partnership Arrangements

There is circulated Report by the Head of Policy and Performance, Highland Council.

5. Strategic Framework and Action Plan for Community Development – Update

There is circulated Report by Ms Moira Paton, Head of Community and Health Improvement Planning, NHS Highland which will provide an update on Community Development.

Board Members are asked to:-

i. note and comment on progress to date with this workstream; and
ii. agree to invite Education Scotland to attend a future meeting of the Board to discuss the requirements of the Community Learning and Development SSI and Statutory Guidance

The next meeting will be held on Friday, 13 September 2013, Highland Council Headquarters, Inverness.
