3. Burial Ground Extension

There is circulated Report No. HC/23/15 dated 30 April 2015 by the Head of Corporate Governance which invites the Council to agree an extension of the existing burial ground at Kilvean Cemetery at Torvean, Inverness.

The Council is asked to agree to provide the above Burial Ground extension as listed in the report under Section 9 of the Burial Grounds (Scotland) Act 1855, as amended.
