There is circulated Report No. LA/14/15 dated 11 May 2015 by the Director of Care and Learning providing details on Education Scotland’s report of Ardnamurchan High School of 10 March 2015.

The Committee is asked to continue to note the Education Scotland report on Ardnamurchan High School of 10 March 2015.

5. Area Maintenance Programme for Roads and Bridges

There is circulated Report No. LA/15/15 dated 1 May 2015 by the Director of Community Services inviting Members to approve the Maintenance Programme for Roads and Bridges for the Lochaber Area for 2015/16.

6. Housing Performance Report – 1 April 2014–31 March 2015

There is circulated Report No. LA/16/15 dated 22 April 2015 by the Director of Community Services providing information on how the Housing Section performed in relation to the Scottish Social Housing Charter and other performance indicators during 2014/15.

The Committee is invited to scrutinise the information provided on housing performance in the period 1 April 2014 to 31 March 2015.

7. HRA Capital Programme Update

There is circulated Report No. LA/17/15 dated 7 May 2015 by the Director of Community Services providing information to Members on the status of the Housing Revenue Account Capital Projects within the Lochaber Area.
