Agenda: Read the Agenda
A site visit by the South Planning Applications Committee to view the former swimming pool site, Glebe Street, Inverness and Tom Nan Clach Wind Farm will take place on Monday 18 January 2016 leaving from Council Headquarters, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness at 9.30 am. A site visit to view Rose Street Hall and Car Park, Rose Street, Inverness will take place on Tuesday 19 January 2016 at 9.30 am. Members are asked to meet on the ground floor level of the decked car park on Rose Street, Inverness where free parking will be available. These applications will be determined at the South Planning Applications Committee meeting to be held on Tuesday 19 January 2016 at Council Headquarters, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness at 11.00 am, or following the completion of the Rose Street site visit, whichever is the latter.
Monday, 18 January, 09.30 am
Transport departs Council Headquarters, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness to transport Members for site visits in respect of Items 5.1 and 5.2.
Tuesday, 19 January, 09.30 am
Site visit in respect of Item 5.3 commences at the ground floor level of the decked car park on Rose Street, Inverness. Committee meeting in the Council Chamber, Council Headquarters, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness at 11.00 am or following completion of the site visit, whichever is the later.
You are invited to attend and a note of the business to be considered is attached. Members are respectfully reminded to wear clothing and footwear appropriate to the sites and weather conditions.
Webcast Notice: The meeting on 19 January 2016 will be filmed and broadcast over the Internet on the Highland Council website and will be archived and available for viewing for 12 months thereafter.
Members are reminded that during determination of any item before this Committee they must be present throughout the whole of that item, including the site visit, in order to be entitled to participate.
Members are further reminded that mobile devices, including mobile phones, can be used for following the agenda/reports and delivering speeches but should not be used for any form of communication (text or tweet) during the site visits and meeting.
