A site visit by the South Planning Applications Committee to view Westercraigs, Inverness and Aberarder Wind Farm will take place on Monday 11 April 2016 leaving from Council Headquarters, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness at 8.30 am.  These applications will be determined at the South Planning Applications Committee meeting to be held on Tuesday 12 April 2016 in the Council Chamber, Council Headquarters, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness at 10.30 am.

Monday, 11 April

Transport departs Council Headquarters, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness to transport Members for site visits in respect of Items 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4.

Tuesday, 12 April

10.30 am

Committee meeting in the Council Chamber, Council Headquarters, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness

You are invited to attend and a note of the business to be considered is attached.  Members are respectfully reminded to wear clothing and footwear appropriate to the site and weather conditions. 

Webcast Notice: The meeting on 12 April 2016 will be filmed and broadcast over the Internet on the Highland Council website and will be archived and available for viewing for 12 months thereafter.

Members are reminded that during determination of any item before this Committee they must be present throughout the whole of that item, including the site visit, in order to be entitled to participate.

The Committee is invited to note the decision of the Reporter to allow the appeal and grant planning permission in principle in accordance with application PPA-001-2000 dated 11 March 2010 without compliance with conditions numbered 1, 11, 12, and 21 as they were previously imposed, but still subject to the other conditions imposed, so far as they are still subsisting and capable of taking effect, and subject to the conditions imposed at the end of the decision notice.
