Membership of Committees, etc

Members are advised that Mr D Fallows has confirmed that he will be leaving the SNP Group with effect from 12 May and joining the Highland Alliance. On that basis, the political make-up of the Council is now as follows - Independent – 32 /SNP – 19 /Liberal Democrat – 12 /Labour – 8/Highland Alliance - 6/ Non Aligned - 3

The formula in respect of the number of places on Strategic Committees now changes to 9/5/4/2/2 and in this regard revised Committee membership lists are tabled.

Members are also asked to agree the following change – ICT Executive Board - Mr D Fallows to replace Mrs I McCallum.

Progress Report from the Redesign Board
Ath-dhealbhadh Chomhairle na Gaidhealtachd

There are tabled Minutes of the Redesign Board meeting held on 18 April – which were approved by the Board at the meeting on 10 May.
