The Committee is invited to scrutinise and discuss progress made against the objectives set within the Highland and Islands Local Policing Plan 2017-20 Year 1, attached as Annex A to the report, for the period covering 1 April 2017- 31 December 2017.

5. 20mph Speed Limit Implementation

There is circulated Report No CC/03/18 dated 24 January 2018 by the Director of Development and Infastructure.

The Committee is invited to:-

i. approve the proposed Road Traffic Regulation Order for the implementation of a 20mph speed limit in Wick;
ii. agree that officers implement the scheme in the event there are no sustained objections; and
iii. note that a further report will only be brought back to Committee in the event of sustained (relevant) objections.

6. Housing Performance Report - 1 April 2017 to 31 December 2017
