A site visit by the North Planning Applications Committee to view the application site at Dunvegan Road, Portree will take place on Thursday, 18 April, 2019.  Members will meet on site at 11.15 am and the application will be determined at a special meeting to be held at Portree High School, Viewfield Road, Portree, IV51 9ET at 1.00 pm.

8.00 am – For Members travelling from Dingwall, meet at Council Offices, High Street, Dingwall and depart by minibus for Portree.  Members travelling to Dingwall or directly to the application site are asked to car share wherever possible.

11.15 am – Meet on site at 4 Wood Park, Dunvegan Road, Portree, IV51 9EE for site visit.  (Cars and minibus to be parked at Portree High School and Members then to make their way to the site for 11.15 am.)

1.00 pm – Meeting to determine application in Portree High School, Viewfield Road, Portree, IV51 9ET.

You are invited to attend and a note of the business to be considered is attached.  Members are respectfully reminded to wear clothing and footwear appropriate to the site and weather conditions.

This meeting will not be webcast.  

Members are reminded that during determination of any item before this Committee they must be present throughout the whole of that item (including the site visit) in order to be entitled to participate.

Members are further reminded that mobile devices, including mobile phones, can be used for following the agenda/reports and delivering speeches but should not be used for any form of communication (text or tweet) during the meeting.
